I do a process called journeying which is dreaming in an awaken state to connect with guides and determine best course of action for healing a traumatic imprint which is a western shamanic technique. s in the form of cleansing the energy body, psychic darts, crystalline extractions, soul retrievals, compassionate depossessions, past life and ancestral healing, healing of physical pain, emotional, and spiritual body, and more. I also do house and land clearings and offer classes. I graduated my shamanic apprenticeship under the Joyful Journey, Steve and Angel Lyle. I have been fortunate to continue my spiritual education with other great shamanic teachers and with Tupac Tito Kuntar, an Altomesayoq, a medicine man from Peru. I am fortunate to have and had great teachers a long the way. I continue my education in spiritual practices of many modalities such a psychic mediumship, channeling, cards, and more. My personal theories of healing are centered around the trifecta of mind, body, and spirit connection. I am here to assist the client in discovering how to used energy to unlock and heal from the inside out. I take great pleasure in assisting someone come to their revelation point or find some relief. I do this work because I am passionate about the healing experience and I bring my highest integrity to each session. I am currently located in Des Moines. Contact me for an appointment and prices for in person sessions or remote distance healings. In person sessions are around 2 hours. Remote sessions are about 1- 1 ½ hours. So many times we avoid certain songs, places, foods, etc after losing someone who enjoy those things with. That song, as one example, may bring you right back to that moment of loss and the pain that comes with it. The memories flood back in.

I would suggest, when you are ready, to create a new association with it. Train your brain to remember a time when you felt love instead of having the loss. Train it to recognize it as the feelings you had with it at the time and not a person.

Or listen to that song with a new person or group and completely change the narrative.

When you allow these things to bring you down when revisiting them, you are giving your power away.
Emotions are our guiding path but don’t let them keep you in a mental cage that restricts your happiest or ability to stay in the now.

Be mindful, if you cannot change the narrative quite yet, you may need to change your energy around what it is it brings up in you. If you can successfully do this, you may hear that song again and it may not be so emotionally pulling without you even trying.
