How to use the PHC Pharmacy:
• Ask your PHC provider to send your prescription to a PHC pharmacy location
• Pick up medications onsite at participating clinics
• Refills and questions can be directed to the PHC pharmacy team

PHC pharmacies participate in the 340B Drug Pricing Program and accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans. Availability and hours vary by location.

Services include:
• Individual therapy
• Family therapy
• Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
• Behavioral health support for children and teens
• Substance use counseling and Medication-Assisted Treatment (at select locations)
• Care coordination and referrals to community resources
• Integrated behavioral health services within PHC medical clinics

We accept Medicaid and most insurance plans, as well as a sliding fee discount program for eligible patients. Interpreter services are available at no cost.
Appointments can be scheduled through PHC clinic locations.
