Power Life Downtown Studio Power Life is about making your healthy lifestyle what you want it to be. We are a place to meet friends, a place to meet goals and a place to meet yourself.

Power Life is a community of individuals, where there is a spot for everyone and style of exercise that challenges everybody. At Power Life, we embrace beginners. We believe our community is something everyone should experience, so we offer all new students a $10 week of unlimited classes. During this week, we encourage you to take as many different class formats and teachers to see firsthand how Power Life can benefit your life. Our dynamic classes empower all levels of practitioners to find stress reduction, increased blood circulation, detoxification and improved sleep. We have a class for each experience level and every workout interest:

• F.I.T. (Functional Interval Training)
