Your mental health shifts because your physical health isn't center stage. I’m Libby Trausch, a physical therapist with 17 years of experience in orthopedic, pelvic, and women’s health. I’ve worked with people who have been to everyone and still don’t have answers. I look at the whole picture, not just your symptoms. Nothing is too weird or too complicated.
