We’re pleased to share a staffing update

Sarah Wignall has stepped into the role of Supportive Services Manager II and will oversee case management services across the Project.

Jacob White has stepped into the role of Supportive Services Manager I and will oversee benefits, quality, and program integration staff.

We’re grateful for their leadership and the role they play in strengthening how we support patients and connect them to care.

We’re hiring a Prevention Services Manager at The Project at Primary Health Care.

This role leads HIV, STI, and HCV prevention efforts, including mobile outreach, testing programs, PrEP services, and community partnerships.

You’ll oversee prevention staff, coordinate with PHC clinics and partners, and help expand access to care across the community.
