Edencrest at Beaverdale is an assisted living, closer care, and memory care community. We opened our doors on November 1st 2017 so we are a newer and award winning community in Des Moines. We truly believe that the care and comfort of our residents is what comes first. We have a fun and outgoing community that creates a living experience like no other.

Our parent company is Senior Housing who is dedicated to providing the best housing and services possible to seniors in the Midwest, by offering innovative solutions for tomorrow’s seniors. We believe in enriching the lives of our residents, improving the lives of our employees, and providing quality service that exceeds our costumer’s expectations and state standards.

Our principles encourage each community to develop it’s own identity through the interaction between the residents, resident’s families, and team members. When we understand the individual, we can then provide a level of service that matches the residents needs known as “Red Carpet Treatment”. Our goal is for everyone we encounter to have a positive and memorable experience.
