Hello,

My name is Tom Mollsen and I would like to welcome you to Midwest Manual Physical Therapy (MMPT).

At MMPT our care model is centered around a low patient volume and an advanced evidence-based clinical skill set. More specifically, we use a 1:1 scheduling structure, where patients will spend their entire treatment session with a fellowship trained orthopedic manual physical therapist. Patients will not be seen by a physical therapy assistant, an athletic trainer, a technician, or any unlicensed staff.

Additionally, here at MMPT, we place an emphasis on continuing education. Influenced through the Ola Grimsby Institute, our treatment programs focuses on the latest interventions of manual therapy using hands on techniques including soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, and joint manipulation. This is complemented by specifically designed and dosed exercises to treat your pain and functional limitations.

We have convenient morning and evening hours, along with Saturday hours available by appointment.

We are located at 1355 East Golf Road, Suite 100 Des Plaines, Illinois 60016.
