The mission of Holiday Heroes is to provide joy and improved quality of life to pediatric patients through a combination of in-person and virtual programs.

Holiday Heroes uses its experience, creativity, resources, and passion to inspire long-lasting joy and happy memories for pediatric patients and their families, thereby making a positive impact in their recoveries and their lives.

Because of the generosity and energy of our volunteers and corporate partners, we were able to pack so many boxes that will help bring joy to pediatric patients. We are incredibly grateful for partners like AISC who believe in and support the Holiday Heroes mission. ❤️

Did you know March is Child Life Month?💚 Child Life Specialists are healthcare professionals that help children and families cope during stressful times. They help children understand their medical experiences by providing preparation, procedural support, play, and interventions to increase coping skills. They normalize the hospital environment and above all, let kids be kids 🫧📚🧸🩺 Most importantly for us - they help our Holiday Heroes staff plan and run our hospital parties!Making sure that kids can celebrate holidays and have fun- even inside hospital walls. We are celebrating every one of our partner child life teams this month - THANK YOU for all you do!
