Piriformis syndrome can be a real pain in the butt, literally‼️ People will commonly have a range of limitations from it, such as issues with sitting and walking. The sciatic nerve runs underneath the piriformis muscle. When it gets tight and irritated, it often presses on the sciatic nerve causing symptoms of sciatica. In this video we will discuss 3️⃣ stretches you can do at home if your are experiencing piriformis syndrome.
