As VA-contracted providers, Lee Manor now offers eligible veterans the ability to receive care in a trusted community-based facility while maintaining coordination with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

From short-term rehabilitation to long-term skilled nursing, our focus remains the same: dignity, excellence, and compassionate care.

Butterfield Healthcare Group is excited to announce that Meadowbrook La Grange, Meadowbrook Naperville, Meadowbrook Bolingbrook, and Lee Manor Post Hospital Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care in Des Plaines are now VA-contracted providers for skilled nursing care.

This designation expands access to high-quality rehabilitation and post-acute services for eligible U.S. veterans in compassionate, clinically advanced environments.

Rehabilitation success! After breaking her femur, Louise feared she might never walk again. Today, she’s walking confidently, gaining strength, and doing things on her own.

“It’s been a tough journey, but I made it,” Louise shared. She also praised the Lee Manor team for their support, especially CNA Anna for always making her feel comfortable and cared for, along with Madelyn, Jaquis, and the rest of our dedicated therapy team who helped her every step of the way.

We’re so proud of Louise and honored to be part of her recovery journey!
