You receive a fright or you experience a strong emotion and instead of crying, you laugh. Why is this? It is all energy, dear one, and energy moves. When there is a sudden build-up of energy in the physical container, it seeks release. Is not laughter like that? A great release. A letting-off of steam. And yes, at times this can seem inappropriate, but does it not feel good to let that energy out? There is likely much energy built up within the system that is stagnant. Find ways to keep the energy moving by moving with intention, for stagnant energy is no laughing matter.
