Sitting down with my calendar, mapping out the week.
Coordinating pick ups and drop offs.🚙
Planning meals, counting to make sure we have enough bread to make sandwiches for a few days (anyone else doing "bread math" tonight?!)
Making sure the PE uniforms are washed and in the proper backpack. 🎒
Washing water bottles.
Planning a walk with a friend.

I feel you, and it can be.... a lot.
I invite you to pencil in some time for movement. Dance party in the kitchen, take the dog for a walk, dust off the exercise equipment you bought in 2020, join a class.
