Not as punishment.
Not as drama.
Just as a reminder.

Sometimes the message is simple:
rest, hydrate, eat, breathe… and stop powering through.

I’m learning to treat “slowing down” as wisdom, not failure.

Here’s what you need:
- a bowl (or plate or tray);
- rice;
- coffee grounds or beans;
- a smaller bowl or pouch for the coffee;
- coins from anywhere around the world;
- a smaller bowl piece of paper with an intention regarding receiving abundance;
- a plant (welcoming and healthy, not spiked or sharp); and
- a candle.
