Employees, whom we consider as "partners", have an obligation to patients and their families to provide the best in customer satisfaction. Caring enough to offer the right services in a cost effective setting without sacrificing quality reinforces NHC's motto: "Care is Our Business". NHC was founded on heart and a commitment to our patients, and our company leadership continues to focus on all of our customers. We have not gotten where we are today by just wanting to stay the same and settling for being a "good" care provider. We want to always be learning and improving and that drive has helped us to stay at the top of our industry. Our slogan, "Caring in a better way, day by day", says that we want to always strive to reach the higher level in providing quality patient care. Each day we all have the opportunity to find The Better Way to satisfy customers.

This past week was National Activity Professionals Week, and we couldn’t let it pass without showing some BIG love to our amazing Activities team! 🎉💐 They bring the fun, dream up creative new ideas, and most importantly, they genuinely love spending time with our residents. From conversations in the hallway to helping wherever they’re needed, they go above and beyond every single day to make our building feel like home. Our residents’ smiles, laughter, and memories are a direct result of the heart they pour into their work. We appreciate you more than words can say and we’re so thankful for all that you do!
