Pain is NOT something you should have to tolerate with breastfeeding.

If it hurts, something needs adjusting.
Most pain comes down to latch, positioning, or oral function and it can be improved.

Ni**le damage is not normal. Ignoring it can impact milk transfer and supply.

I see this all the time. Once we take a closer look, things shift.

Everybody’s arguing about which pump is “best”… and I’m over here asking one question

Does your body respond to it

Because it’s all rhythm

Spectra has that softer, vibratory feel
and for some moms, that’s enough to trigger a letdown

But not everybody

Lately I’ve been switching a few clients over to the Zomee Z2 when that vibration just isn’t getting things moving and the difference has been real

Sometimes your body needs a stronger, more direct pull to release milk especially if you’re pumping more than nursing, navigating NICU life, or trying to make pumping work in real life like the car or between meetings
