Today is the day that the Lord has made. Two questions come to mind when I read or hear this.
1. What am I going to do with it
2. Who will I serve

Today is the best day to answer those questions. Tomorrow is not promised so we have to stop putting it off

A little girl, dressed in her Sunday best, was running as fast as she could, trying not to be late for Bible class. As she ran she prayed, 'Dear Lord, please don't let me be late! Dear Lord, please don't let me be late!'

While she was running and praying, she tripped on a curb and fell, getting her clothes dirty and tearing her dress. She got up, brushed herself off, and started running again!

As she ran she once again began to pray, 'Dear Lord, please don't let me be late.... But please don't shove me either!'

There is no greater feeling than complete success in recovery.

Jerry H-- I am so thankful for Grace and Mercy that God has shown me this past year. He has opened my eyes to a better life with him. Thanks to Adult and Teen Challenge of Dallas for guiding me in the direction of the Lord.

How can we pray for you this week?

Randy J-- I am thankful to be sober for the past 18 months! I am thankful that I have this time here at Teen Challenge to let God work in my heart. After a lifetime of abuse, I am thankful to still have my health. I am thankful that my relationship with my daughter is being restored.

Sammy Q-- I am so thankful that even though I don't deserve it, that my family has not given up on me. I'm grateful for Adult and Teen Challenge for allowing me to come back. I am thankful everyday for what Jesus is doing in my life.
