We are currently looking for compassionate, dependable individuals or families interested in becoming a Host Home Provider for the HCS (Home and Community-Based Services) Program.

As a Host Home Provider, you open your home and heart to an individual with intellectual or developmental disabilities, providing a safe, supportive, and family-like environment. This is more than just housing — it’s mentorship, encouragement, and making a lifelong impact.
