Shout out to Baldwin Family Dental !! We had a great Kick Off Summit Workshop this weekend 🦷

👁The team is now aligned with a clear vision they created together!!

AND the team created amazing Core Values and a fun acronym to remember them by: CHART IT (how appropriate)

We had so much fun with our whistles and they made sure I stayed in 'Weather Girl' mode....no lecturing!

Roled dice 🎲 and set behaviors to our values!

Knowing the value of how you show up and WHY you show up can be a fun learning experience.
