Myofascial Cupping: a great manual therapy technique to increase blood flow and free up soft tissue restriction. Cupping helps provide pain relief while mobilizing tight muscles and fascial connective tissue.
This is just one of the options available at TSP.

TRINITY ST. GERMAIN
Strength & Conditioning Coach

Trinity received her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Concordia University St. Paul. She is a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Mobility Training Specialist. Trinity is also pursuing the Certified Strenght & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential and hopes to obtain that in 2026. Over the past few years, she has worked with a wide variety of clients, helping them reach their goals and adapt to different limitations. She is passionate about helping people build strength, improve mobility, and develop healthy, sustainable habits that support their long-term success.
