Last sculpt class for November. I’ll be back in December to the DLCCC for yoga sculpt on Thursday mornings at 8:30-9:15. It’s a great blend of weights, cardio and a lot of feel the burn. 😂🔥

Thirteen years ago on this exact date was the first time I went to see a Reiki healer & Soul Coach. I went into the session feeling broken from a previous miscarriage, years of negative pregnancy tests and multiple failed infertility treatments. Feeling defeated and at a loss of if I would ever become a mom biologically.

A journey I never imagined would be a part of my story.

One year later I gave birth to these handsome dudes, with the help of IVF and many healing sessions.

I’ll forever be thankful of my visits and sessions with Karissa. A safe space where she allowed me to channel with my unborn sons and find a place in my healing that got me to this point in my journey.

The chapter where you made me a mom. ❤️
