Air purifiers are helpful for people with allergies. Why? They filter out outdoor allergens (leaves, grass, mold) that enter the house from shoes 👟and clothes👕. Additionally, air purifiers help with indoor allergens like pet dander. I always recommend a HEPA filter because it is highly efficient.

I am a fan of sinus rinses because they provide significant relief to patients. However, they must be used with caution. Only use distilled or boiled water in the rinse bottle. Bacteria 🦠 is in tap water and can lead to brain infections.

🩺 Physician was not my first job. I have actually pursued many fields. A person on TikTok commented that they rember me from my mentoring program. That brought back memories. For 10yrs, I had City Prep Mentoring Program, which paired middle school girls👩🏿 with high school girls👩🏽 for academic success. We organized the first Spelling Bee in Detroit in more than 10yrs. We also organized a college tour for 4yrs. Infact my Alma mater, hosted my program a few years. At Wolff Allergy and Asthma in Detroit I bring a diversity of experiences.
