Throwback to when I was a full-time vegan and a total 🍄 head. Honestly, this is exactly what life felt like back then, and there’s a very specific reason I’ve moved on from that chapter.
As an experienced herbalist and trip sitter, I’ve navigated the deepest corners of that space. Personally, I’ve explored up to 8g—which is a total hero dosage—and let me tell you, acclimating back into the “third dimension” is no small feat. Those mushrooms give you a massive magnifying glass and a deep insight into reality that’s hard to switch off.
I spent my early 20s (from 20 to 25) in that headspace. At the time, I felt like being vegan and supplementing my health was enough of a foundation to engage with that medicine so frequently. But looking back, I’m at a point where I don’t feel the need to do any of that anymore. I’m perfectly content just engaging with my Mary Jane and staying grounded.
