Listen… y’all know I’ve been preaching Fasted Cardio for a minute and I preach it because it actually works for ME. I’ve trained with some of the best in Metro Detroit and Birmingham, so trust me when I say I’m not new to this, I’m true to this.
But the magic is when I, Jai, tap into my own special set of skills (Like Ole Boy from Take ). Now seriously that skillset which Is a combination of Nutrition knowledge + Physical Fortitude. When I lock in, the results always show up. Always!!!
Today Is my Wednesday Workout, straight from my Fasted Cardio Weekly Plan:
WEDNESDAY – Peloton/Bike (Low-Impact Fat Burn)
Cardio:
• 5-min heart rev warm-up
• 18–20 mins steady ride
• Cadence 75–85
• Moderate resistance
Why??? It keeps the fat burn high without killing your joints or frying your nervous system.
Strength: Kettlebell lightweight (15lb-25lb) full-body session
Fuel: High-protein smoothie day — keep the muscles fed
