People feel the connection to their soul. To their gifts. The purpose. The love they truly always wanted to give themselves.

How has breathwork helped me?

It helped me remember who I was and why I am here. It helped me feel so good and so alive that life had new meaning again.

Then I wanted to start to bring this to everybody. A few months later, I was already teaching it and sharing it in Austin Texas. Hosting classes and events every weekend.

I had the intuitive downloads for the style, the music, the technique and all of that.

My job loved me so much and they trusted that I could do it even without a certification. And that was in 2023.

And now I am certified and it feels so amazing to bring this to every soul around the world who is struggling with their health, relationships, self-confidence, worries of life, and the burdens of the past and so much more that just brings people down.
