Hello everyone,

We are in the Winter season of the Holy Spirit – seeds are in the ground for safe keeping – but it may feel like nothing is happening or that the future is dark. The countering critter is the false Holy Spirit (“Queen of Heaven”) that seeks to suffocate the seed. Even as Holy Spirit is the true mother of our hearts, and the waterer of our souls.
Thus, in the Lenten time in between first and second fruits, we are taking advantage by clearing the old, in prep for the new; along with
-- releasing yesterday’s habits and expectations,
-- fasting from self-striving,
-- letting go of old wine skins as we prep for new wine skins.
This also includes even things like any necessary deep grieving of lost time, and missed opportunities so that they do not hinder the loving options God has on the horizon.
Additionally, many of us are going through an assignment shift period. This is where God is shifting us out of an old identity, job, modality and into a new future.
But this requires releasing the assignments, dreams, modalities, and then listening for a new future vision from heaven’s perspective. This is an even bigger shift than just a yearly clearing. It is rather a system update of my identity, God’s identity for me, the way I see God, and my place in the world. It’s a time to not just grieve endings but keep your ear open to God’s new beginnings for you, even if they look small or insignificant.
Often the grief is the portal into the new vision. Often the disappointment is the fertilizer to new blessings, so it’s such an important stage of stewardship – stewarding the portals of grief.
Heb 10: "Do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. For, “In just a little while, he who is coming will come and will not delay.” And, “But my righteous g one will live by faith. And I take no pleasure in the one who shrinks back.” But we do not belong to those who shrink back and are destroyed, but to those who have faith and are healed.”

OPTIONS OF LOVE
As you surrender to My comforting rest, I nurture a maturity that can only be cultivated with Me.
In times of utter helplessness, when it seems there is a poverty of options, what should be done? The darkness has a way of becoming all-consuming. Is your situation really beyond help?
Keep before you the reality that I am a powerful God. I generously equip My people with deliverance from perilous predicaments, as a way of strengthening our bond. My plan never involves oppression. Simply draw near to Me and My light will dispel the darkness.
In times of duress it’s natural seek solutions through worry, avoidance, controlling, complaining, or blaming. Let all of these go. We don’t need them, and they never reward a person. They do not arise from the real, healed you that carries the life of Heaven.
In truth, many options are available. Prayerful fasting can put your focus back upon Me. At times, we can enact spiritual warfare against the inimical forces trying to hold the world down. At other times, you can simply trust Me and relax. In all cases follow the Spirit of love.
I am your protection from fear. Amidst sorrow, I bring consolation. In pain, I am a healing balm. In loneliness, I am your ever-loving companion.
You are My very own, designed for honor, to share in the glory of God. Experience more of the love that never fails, however you need it.
