This is a very transparent moment for me. When I started on my nursing journey I was scared. My imposter syndrome kicked in so bad I didn’t believe I deserved anything good. I was a single mom. 23 years old with a 7 year old in a town by myself. No job, no money, just my dreams but I believed in GOD and knew he would get me through it. I went through hell in nursing school. My child was bullied everyday, my dad died, my uncle died, family didn’t support me but I kept going! Use me as a vessel of motivation to start your journey. I swear getting into healthcare was the best thing I did. I worked super hard! I maintained a job after my second semester, maintained my grades but I got it done. Now 8 years later I’m doing the same for you…pushing you along the way. 🙏🏾
