Community Housing Network is hosting Drop-In Housing Advice Sessions with our Oakland Housing Link and Housing Resource Center teams. Stop by to get one-on-one support with finding a safe place to live, exploring housing options, roommate matching, understanding your next steps, and accessing housing crisis resources.

📍 Location: The Arc of Oakland County (1641 W. Big Beaver Rd., Troy)
📅 When: First Wednesday of every month
⏰ Time: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

You can arrive anytime during these hours, and the sessions are free of charge. Support workers, family members, and advocates are welcome.

Gargle when you first wake up. (Add a tad bit of Baking soda or salt. A little goes a long way)
The mouth accumulates bacteria while you sleep! Gargle for a good 20 seconds. Do not swallow! Spit.
Then proceed with your daily regimen.
