Engagement Therapy and Day Spa was created in honor of my father, who passed away from cancer. Cancer has been proven to come from all the unnatural ingredients we eat, breath and overall digest on a daily basis. ETDS specializes in all natural and herbal spa products. Our products are made with only the finest raw ingredients and made by hand. The love and time placed into each product will be evident after one use by you, the consumer. We have everything from body washes and scrubs to moisturizers, with more products to come. Before you take that trip to your big name store, give me a try.

During Black History Month, we celebrate the remarkable contributions of Black midwives, often called granny midwives , who cared for generations of families in the rural South. Brought from Africa for their holistic expertise, they served both Black and white communities—bridging and preserving vital health traditions.

Passing down skills over generations, Black midwives used herbal medicine, hygiene, and spiritual support. They were healers, counselors, and community leaders offering more than medical care, they nurtured the soul of their communities.

Despite attempts by the medical establishment to erase their impact, Black midwives persisted. We honor their resilience and the barriers they overcame in the face of discrimination and changing laws.
