Our Story
We are a health and wellness bodywork servicing team. Our mission is to help you with your health goals: relaxation, restoration, remedying, teaching, and maintenance. We believe that relaxing the body, using different modalities to manipulate the soft tissue to engage the bodies correcting systems. Nutrition is a part of the puzzle, not just fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, and meats. Herbal Science is another part of the puzzle. Herbs were created to serve man, to aid them in restoration. The last piece is to help you do your work in harmony: mind, body, soul.
