The U.S. Transgender Survey (USTS) is one of the largest surveys ever devoted to the lives and experiences of transgender people in the United States. The last survey was done in 2015 and had 27,715 respondents.

The survey provides valuable information to help the public understand the lives and experiences of transgender people living in the United States and the disparities that many transgender people face.

The 2022 survey is now open and available and it aims to reach more respondents than ever before. The survey is open until November 21st and is available in English and Spanish.

The USTS documents the lives and experiences of trans and nonbinary people ages 16+ in the U.S. and U.S. territories.

Today we recognize the great strides in HIV/AIDS education and awareness as it relates to the Black Lives impacted everyday. According to the CDC, compared to other races, Black folks account for a higher percentage of newly diagnosed individuals within the HIV epidemic. It is important to know that Black folks living with and/or impacted by HIV battles not only stigma, but also racism, homophobia, poverty, injustice, and more. National Youth HIV + AIDS Awareness Day, educating the public on the impact of HIV/AIDS on the youth. This day, the youth are recognized for their work in strengthen the fight against the HIV/AIDS epidemic and the stigma that revolves around it. MY-CREW is a shared initiative between UNIFIED- HIV Health & Beyond, alongside Michigan Organization on Adolescent Sexual Health (MOASH) creating a platform for young individuals, ages 18-24, who are somehow impacted and/or affected by HIV. Within MY-CREW's program commitment, we aim to provide healthy representation to our youth while instilling strong life skills through workshops, promoting confidence building, education and awareness, stigma fighting, and HIV care and treatment.
