📢 Official Clinic Announcement

Dear Patients,

Please be advised that Medicina Scarlett will close on Thursday, November 20th at 5:00 PM. The final walk-in will be accepted at 4:00 PM. We will be closing early on this date due to staff training, which will allow us to continue serving our community with the highest level of care.

Additionally, the clinic will be closed on November 27th and 28th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Wishing everyone a safe and happy holiday season. 🦃🎉

En nuestra clínica, siempre hemos trabajado arduamente para crear un modelo de atención que haga que los servicios médicos de alta calidad sean accesibles para toda nuestra comunidad. Ese compromiso no ha cambiado.

Sin embargo, a medida que más y más pacientes depositan su confianza en nosotros, nuestro volumen ha crecido al punto de que los tiempos de espera se han vuelto más largos de lo que nos gustaría. Aunque estamos muy agradecidos por su apoyo y confianza, también creemos que es importante brindar a nuestro personal y proveedores una calidad de vida sostenible, para que puedan seguir cuidándolos de la mejor manera.

Por eso, ahora estamos probando un modelo alternativo de citas. Este enfoque nos permitirá:

*Controlar mejor el flujo de pacientes
*Reducir los tiempos de espera
*Mantener el acceso a la atención primaria sin cita previa
*Preservar el alto estándar de atención que usted espera

At our clinic, we’ve always worked hard to create a model of care that makes high-quality medical services accessible to everyone in our community. That commitment hasn’t changed.

But as more and more patients place their trust in us, our volume has grown to the point that wait times have become longer than we’d like. While we are grateful for the trust and support, we also believe it’s important to give both our staff and providers a sustainable quality of life so they can continue caring for you at their best.

That’s why we are now testing an alternative appointment model. This approach will allow us to:
* Better control patient flow
*Reduce wait times
*Preserve access to walk-in primary care
* Maintain the high standard of care you expect

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we roll out this new system. Our goal is simple: to take excellent care of our patients while making your experience smoother and timelier.

We want to inform our patients that our hours will now be Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Our previous schedule was very demanding for our providers and staff, and in order to continue offering you the best care we’ve made this change.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we prioritize the well-being of both our team and our patients.

Queremos informar a nuestros pacientes que nuestro horario ahora será de lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a. m. a 6:30 p. m.

Nuestro horario anterior era muy exigente para nuestros proveedores y empleados, y para poder seguir brindándoles la mejor atención hemos realizado este cambio.
