Estimados Pacientes,

Por favor, tengan en cuenta que Medicina Scarlett cerrará el jueves 20 de noviembre a las 5:00 PM. La última consulta sin cita será aceptada hasta las 4:00 PM. Cerraremos temprano ese día debido a una capacitación del personal, lo que nos permitirá continuar brindando el más alto nivel de atención a nuestra comunidad.

Además, la clínica estará cerrada los días 27 y 28 de noviembre por la celebración del dia de Acción de Gracias.

📢 Official Clinic Announcement

Dear Patients,

Please be advised that Medicina Scarlett will close on Thursday, November 20th at 5:00 PM. The final walk-in will be accepted at 4:00 PM. We will be closing early on this date due to staff training, which will allow us to continue serving our community with the highest level of care.

Additionally, the clinic will be closed on November 27th and 28th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Sin embargo, a medida que más y más pacientes depositan su confianza en nosotros, nuestro volumen ha crecido al punto de que los tiempos de espera se han vuelto más largos de lo que nos gustaría. Aunque estamos muy agradecidos por su apoyo y confianza, también creemos que es importante brindar a nuestro personal y proveedores una calidad de vida sostenible, para que puedan seguir cuidándolos de la mejor manera.

Por eso, ahora estamos probando un modelo alternativo de citas. Este enfoque nos permitirá:

At our clinic, we’ve always worked hard to create a model of care that makes high-quality medical services accessible to everyone in our community. That commitment hasn’t changed.

But as more and more patients place their trust in us, our volume has grown to the point that wait times have become longer than we’d like. While we are grateful for the trust and support, we also believe it’s important to give both our staff and providers a sustainable quality of life so they can continue caring for you at their best.

That’s why we are now testing an alternative appointment model. This approach will allow us to:
* Better control patient flow
*Reduce wait times
*Preserve access to walk-in primary care
* Maintain the high standard of care you expect

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we roll out this new system. Our goal is simple: to take excellent care of our patients while making your experience smoother and timelier.

Due to an unexpected power outage, we had to close early today. We truly apologize for the inconvenience — our team did everything we could to continue seeing patients, but safety comes first.

After a hiatus, John is returning to the community he has always cherished, because he truly missed serving the families of Southwest Detroit. With decades of experience in primary care, he brings not only exceptional clinical expertise but also a deep sense of compassion and commitment to the people he serves.
