Using guided meditation, chanting, and breathwork, we'll tap into the life force or prana's innate intelligence that flows through your system and harmonize our energy points. The live sound bath will help the flow of energy through the physical, emotional, and spiritual realms simultaneously, restoring balance and bringing a healing presence to our bodies.
