Reentry is about more than returning. It’s about rebuilding. The expansion of our Leg Up program is creating real opportunities for people coming home, with training, support, and pathways to sustainable employment. We are grateful to be part of work that centers dignity and possibility.

Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) and Chance for Life are expanding their Leg Up reentry program to include new job training in construction and information technology for people returning to the community after incarceration. Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network

At DWIHN, giving back is part of who we are. 💙🧩

This weekend, our team joined the Marshall Mathers Foundation and partners across Wayne County to distribute over 900 coats, 300 backpacks, and hundreds of essential items and resources. Our Green Machine Mobile Clinic was also on-site connecting residents to mental and behavioral health services.

This morning, we stood side-by-side with DPD, DFD, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, and members of the Hell’s Kitchen cast to help distribute hundreds of Goodfellows boxes to local families.

Thank you to everyone who helped make these magical moments happen.
