April 20th is often associated with ma*****na use, but it’s also a good time to check in with yourself and your habits.
Substance use can impact both your mental and physical health, especially when it becomes a way to cope with stress, anxiety, or other challenges. Paying attention to how and why you use is an important step toward overall well-being.
If you or someone you know may need support, help is available.
