Narcan continues to save lives…. When available and used within the general community..
This is an exciting update!!….
We are making some progress in Michigan. However, minorities are still dying at the highest rate and there is still a significant gap in overdose deaths compared to non minorities in the state and overall at large (nationally)
We must continue to get overdose education and Narcan doses readily available in all communities and eliminate all he overdose death gap among minorities…. ESPECIALLY IN MY COMMUNITY!
