New sushi, who did?! 🍣🍱 has opened inside ! Chef Genevieve Vang of is bringing 100% gluten-free “health-conscious” sushi to the city!! She’s replaced soy sauce with tamari and uses a gluten-free tempura batter.

Sushi Lounge Standouts:
• The Big Three Roll: fried lobster, shrimp tempura, torched scallop, avocado, pickled daikon, and scallions.
• Whatuproll!: fried crab, cucumber, roasted red pepper, asparagus, avocado, and Fresno chili.
