It’s easy to think yoga is about going deeper into a pose or pushing yourself a little further each time.
But more isn’t always better.
A big part of the practice is learning how to listen to your body, and knowing when to ease up.
Your breath, your comfort, and how supported you feel all matter more than how a pose looks.
