🎙 NEW EPISODE: Healthy Living with Yoga Anita

“I was a combat nurse in Afghanistan… but I came home fighting a battle no one could see.”

This week, I sit down with Dr. Liz Tateoka, who shares her deeply personal journey from the front lines of war to the front lines of healing.

After 20 years in conventional medicine, Liz faced her own invisible struggle with mental health—an experience that led her to a new path: functional and root cause medicine.

💡 What you’ll learn in this episode:
• Why COVID became a turning point in her career
• How unresolved trauma can impact physical health
• Why the gut is your body’s first line of defense
• How functional medicine looks beyond symptoms to true healing

This is a powerful conversation about resilience, transformation, and taking control of your health from the inside out.
