✨ NEW PODCAST EPISODE ✨

What if healing didn’t have to be hard… or take years?

This week, I sit down with Diana Phillips — a healer, teacher, farmer, and channel — whose work is transforming the way we think about healing and personal growth. Through her creation, Soul 13®, Diana guides people into a deeper connection with the living architecture of their souls.

Inspired by her powerful connection with Costa Rica’s Arenal Volcano, Diana shares how we can access healing frequencies that gently and quickly release stored pain — without struggle. 🌿

In this conversation, we explore:

✨ How to tap into your body’s innate wisdom

✨ Why healing can be both mystical and practical

✨ Letting go of what no longer serves you

✨ Stepping fully into your true path with clarity and sovereignty

Diana’s grounded, heart-centered approach makes even the most spiritual concepts feel accessible and real. Whether you're just beginning your healing journey or ready to go deeper, this episode will open your perspective in a powerful way.

Overwhelmed? Try tapping.
Use two fingers and gently tap the center of your chest.
Breathe slowly and say, ‘I am calm. I am steady.’
This simple technique helps lower tension fast.

This week on Healthy Living with Yoga Anita, I’m joined by my former colleague Gail Dellasanta, PE teacher at Varnum Brook Elementary School in Pepperell, Massachusetts. Gail began her career teaching Kindergarten and 1st grade while also leading adult fitness classes at night.

When she saw how movement improved students’ focus and academic success, she pursued a graduate degree in physical education and eventually returned to the same school as the PE teacher.

Today, Gail creates fun, age-appropriate activities that build locomotor skills, confidence, and social-emotional growth. She also connects PE to the real world—like bringing the excitement of the Winter Olympics into her classes. It’s a great conversation about how movement helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.

Big heart. Big impact. 💗

This interview is part of Podcasthon 2026 (March 14–20), a global podcast movement raising awareness for causes that matter. My chosen charity is Pawsitively 4 Pink supporting low-income women in Massachusetts diagnosed with breast cancer.

Founder Michelle Power and President Kathy Chapman share powerful stories of hope and resilience. Kathy was recently honored by the Robert Kraft Foundation and named a Difference Maker by the New England Patriots .

Pawsitively4Pink helps with essentials many women are too humble to ask for—mortgages, heat, childcare, therapy, even pajamas or socks. These small acts can mean the difference between stability and homelessness during treatment.

💗 Why this podcast? Because awareness leads to action. Together, we can help women feel safe, supported, and strong.

🎧 Listen, share, and make a difference.

Listen and support this worthwhile cause LEAD: Let's Empower, Advocate, and Do

We’re honored to be featured this week on Healthy Living with YogaAnita on WLPZ 95.1FM. 🎙 Listen here: https://youtu.be/q_36tAcvQh0?si=BgD7ZQwCQuqPRDLm

LEAD Board Directors Kyrah Altman and Shari Duffy joined Anita to share the story behind LEAD (Let’s Empower, Advocate, and Do) and the legacy of Megghan Duffy.
Megghan and Kyrah founded LEAD while still in high school. In the wake of Meg's cancer diagnosis, they discussed how few resources exist for young adults navigating terminal diagnoses.
After Megghan’s stage 4 diagnosis at just 23, her commitment to mental health advocacy only deepened. Today, LEAD continues her mission by providing free mental health resources and coping tools for young adults facing life-altering diagnoses.
💛 We are currently gathering feedback to expand our FREE e-course, known as Megghan's Course, beyond Massachusetts to reach young adults globally.

We’re grateful to Yoga Anita for helping us shine a light on Megghan’s legacy of empowerment, advocacy, and love.
