After today's warm up, an arctic front will drop south thru the area after midnight. Along and behind the front will be snow showers along with strong north-northwest winds and blowing snow. Friday AM commute to be impacted by greatly reduced visibilities in many areas. Snow showers and gusty winds thru the day Friday into the evening. Total snowfall one half inch to 2 inches. Peak wind gusts around 50 mph in the Red River valley Friday morning.

Final graphic this morning is showing the probability of 2 inches of new snow or more. Highest chances of more than 2 the farther north you go, and this is where blizzard potential is highest.

Please be advised of an updated schedule change for the Freedom Center this week:
The Freedom Center will be CLOSED on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5th, due to a routine spray by Midwest Pest Control. To make up for this closure, we will extend our hours to 5:00pm on Wednesday, December 3rd and Thursday, December 4th. I appreciate your understanding and patience regarding this necessary closure and apologize for any inconvenience. Staff will be providing sack lunches through the door Friday at 11:30am. Call as usual to reserve your meal that day.

The Center will be closed Friday, November 21st, due to a preventative spraying by Midwest Pest Control. We'll be cleaning and organizing tomorrow. If you would like a sandwich and chips in a paper bag at 11:30, please call before 10:30. We will give them out through the door. Thank you for your patience and understanding. The Center will be open as usual on Saturday, November 22nd.
