This week, our team came together to celebrate 10 years of Recovery Centers of America.

Over the past decade, RCA has grown from a single center into a national network of care, supporting individuals, families, and communities impacted by substance use and mental health disorders. What makes that impact possible is the people behind it—our teams who show up every day with compassion, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to those we serve.

This celebration was a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come, recognize the dedication across our organization, and recommit to the work ahead.

We’re proud of the last 10 years—and even more focused on the lives we will continue to impact in the years to come. 💙
