I have worked in many different fields in the medical industry for the past twenty years. For the past four years I have studied more of the Eastern healing practices, and am now a certified Reiki Master. Over the years as an energy worker, one of the most important things I’ve learned is this:

✨The energy body always comes before the physical body.✨

Before something shows up in the body as pain, illness, exhaustion, or emotional overwhelm, it first exists in our energetic field. Our energy body holds everything — our emotions, beliefs, memories, trauma, stress, and even the stories we tell ourselves about who we are and what we deserve.

When we suppress grief, stay in fear, carry resentment, or live in survival mode, that energy doesn’t disappear. It settles into the nervous system, the muscles, the organs, and the cells. Over time, the physical body begins to reflect what the energy body has been holding.

This isn’t about blame — it’s about empowerment.

Because if the body can be affected by emotional and energetic stress, it can also be supported, softened, and healed through awareness, release, and intention.

That’s why practices like Reiki, sound therapy, breathwork, meditation, and conscious emotional release are so powerful. They don’t just relax the body — they help clear what’s been stored beneath the surface.

True healing doesn’t come from outside of you.
It comes from reconnecting to what’s already inside you.

I’ll continue sharing simple, gentle tools and insights to help you understand your own energy, release what no longer serves you, and come back into balance — even while I’m in this in-between season.

You are not broken.
Your body is always trying to bring you back into harmony. 💛
