Meet Hazel, our lead cook, who has chosen to be ONE of many who make up our culinary team at Fieldstone of DeWitt. Here’s what Hazel is saying about her role at Fieldstone, “I love working at Fieldstone. I enjoy that we get to make items from scratch and that I can build relationships with the residents by bonding over recipes. Food triggers memories and I often have conversations with the residents about their favorite childhood dishes.” When asked why someone should join our team, Hazel responded “Fieldstone offers true flexibility with scheduling and it’s a different culinary world. If you don’t want to be tied down to a traditional restaurant experience with long shifts, then this would be an ideal place to work”.
