One of the most overlooked pieces of women’s hormone health is the stress response.

Hormones don’t work in isolation. They’re deeply influenced by the nervous system, especially cortisol — the body’s main stress hormone. When stress stays high, everything downstream feels it.

On February 10th, I remember the day that changed my life forever.
I lost my mom to a heart attack when she was only 49 years old.

I was young, she was young.
Too young.

And a loss that shaped everything about why I’m so passionate about preventative health today.
