-Degree from UNI in Health Promotion/Fitness Management.

-Interned at the YMCA shadowing trainers and class instructors.

-Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (Health and Fitness Specialist).

-12 years of experience as a personal trainer/class instructor.

- Manage a gym called Barn Fitness.

-My mission is to enhance the overall health and quality of life for my clients

by helping them reach their desired goals. I want to create a balanced lifestyle that will contribute to the individual's long term physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth. We start plunging in 2 weeks… which means you’ve got 14 days to mentally prepare to question all your life decisions 😅

We started with 13…….7 finished.

Over 4 months, this crew took on the toughest challenge the Barn has to offer — a 12-session grind that pushed every limit. The program consists of 1-6x unvested and repeated 1-6x with a 20lb vest. There were plenty of times that we wanted to throw in the towel but refused to quit!

Final times ranged from just under 3 hours to nearly 5 hours on the last 6x vested.

This wasn’t just a workout — it was mental toughness, grit, and commitment at its highest level.

1X Barn Special:

Stairs (20 flights up and down as 1 on 9 inch steps)

Row (1000 meters on level 10)

Spin Bike (1 mile sit or stand on level 17)

Treadmill (0.25 on 1% incline)

Battle Rope Hop the Bosu (250 hops)

Sandbag Floor Cleans (20lbs, 50 reps)

Oblique Vup Ball Tosses (30 tosses per side)

Rogue Echo (50 calories)
