-Degree from UNI in Health Promotion/Fitness Management.

-Interned at the YMCA shadowing trainers and class instructors.

-Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (Health and Fitness Specialist).

-12 years of experience as a personal trainer/class instructor.

- Manage a gym called Barn Fitness.

-My mission is to enhance the overall health and quality of life for my clients by helping them reach their desired goals.
