Cypress Point takes great pride in its staff, who consistently deliver exceptional care with passion and dedication to our residents and visitors. At our annual Christmas party, John, Shawn, Jennifer, and Sheila acknowledged team members who demonstrated outstanding commitment. John recognized years of service and perfect attendance as well as our employee of the year, Rosa Bryant! Shawn and Jennifer honored nursing staff members with several awards: 6-2 CNA of the Year, Bri Lawrence; 2-10 CNA of the Year, Alexis Burns; 10-6 CNA of the Year, Brandi Harris; Duo of the Year, Savanna Mason and Amy Deprow; Rookie of the Year, Makaila Stafford; Shower Aide of the Year, Ashley Bailey; Most “Overtime Hours Worked” Savanna Mason; Weekend Nurse of the Year, Teresa Lee; CNA/CNA’s of the Year, Savanna Mason and Lori Belcher; and Nurse of the Year, Chantel Billingsley. Furthermore, nine CNAs were commended for their scheduling flexibility: Lori, Savanna, Tiffany, Kayden, Alexis, Maddy, Marilyn, Bri L., and Amy. Sheila recognized her team with the following awards: Most Infectious Laugh, Trolanna Hill; Hometown Hospitality, Christopher Muzny; Team Trio, Sharlene White, Cassie Hosfelt, and Torrie Doan; Golden Duster, Judy Hampton; and Teamwork Award, Melissa March. We wish we could share the glowing testimonials that their supervisors had for these exceptional winners, however, they spoke from the heart and we dont have it on paper.
