Established in 1989. Fitness Advantage was founded by Kelvin Pruenster and Sylvia Galelli. Kelvin, a ten year veteran of professional football, studied Physical Education and Business Management at Cal Poly Pomona where he received his Bachelors degree. Kelvin is a certified personal trainer, and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Sylvia studied Kinesiology and Health Promotion at Cal State Fullerton University where she received both her Bachelors and Masters Degrees. Sylvia is a popular speaker and presenter. Sylvia is a certified health coach, lifestyle educator, certified personal trainer, certified nutrition specialist and holds a diploma in comprehensive nutrition.
