It is Columbus day but the kids are in school so the boss said i had to work today. We will have Regular Monday hours 8-5 and as always walk ins welcome.

We took a detour through Kansas on our camping for the lovely Lexie to check off a 4th state this week. This means we will not be back In The office until Wednesday the 9th

Sleep is one of the most important things for your body to recover. In my opinion the best way to sleep is on your back, mattress are designed to support our spine when we lay flat on our backs. But recent study suggest 60% of the population sleep on there side which isn’t bad but needs to be ergonomically. The picture notes what is best ergonomic posture for side sleepers.
