Charlie will NOT be happy that he can't be within 3 feet of me from Friday through Monday 😁♥️. I have appointments available tomorrow, Thursday the 24th and then I'll be back in office for normal hours next Tuesday the 28th after my 3 day "quarantine" period. Schedule in comments!

Hey everyone! Just a couple notes. Jessica Dukart-Bell and I will be visiting Garrett this weekend from Friday the 14th through Monday the 17th. Then I have to go for a PET scan on Tuesday the 18th. As a result, I will be ADDITIONALLY in office this Wednesday(tomorrow) and next Wednesday the 19th for deep tissue/trigger point/stretch sessions to make up for those lost days as well as the normal schedule days. Also, my favorite Vitamin D3/K2 supplement pictured below does NOT need to be refrigerated for those that have it. It gets too thick. I love it because it is in a liposomal/oil based formula and makes it very absorbable, especially for those that have absorption problems. I included a link to it and other formulas for winter/cold and flu season in the comments section. ♥️🙏

Happy Monday everyone! Just a check in for anyone doing the GLP-1 Pro Probiotic. Another patient of mine reported she added in the Polyphenol Booster after only doing the Pro probiotic and has now lost inches around her waist and 4 pounds 2 months in. For me , I feel full with one meal a day and have to force myself to eat due to it reducing my food noise.
