My schedule usually books up in advance (thank you all! 🩷), so walk-ins aren’t available. BUT… life happens — and sometimes cancellations open up last minute!

Here’s your gentle reminder to get up and move! 🧍‍♀️💪

Sitting for long periods — whether you’re at a desk, driving, or scrolling (we all do it 😉) — can cause tight hips, stiff shoulders, and achy backs.

💡 Try setting a timer every 30–60 minutes:
➡️ Stand up and stretch your arms overhead
➡️ Roll your shoulders
➡️ Take a quick walk to refill your water or grab a snack

These mini “movement breaks” keep your circulation flowing and help protect your muscles + joints for the long haul. 🩶

Yes! Tension headaches are often linked to tight muscles in your neck and shoulders. Massage can relieve that tension and reduce headache frequency. I see many clients who suffer from headaches and find relief with regular massage.

As a teenager, I started experiencing regular headaches (thanks, Mom), and my mother began splitting her hour long sessions with me- which helped tremendously! (Again, thanks Mom!)
