✨ I’m back from Idaho and officially in full holiday-szn swing! 🍁🎄
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving — mine was extra sweet after a week of snuggles with my niece in Coeur d’Alene 💛

And… I have some exciting news to share — we’re expecting a baby girl in May! 🎀👶
I’m so thankful for all of you, and I’ll keep everyone updated about my spring schedule as we get closer.

A few things as we head into the holidays:
🎁 Packages and gift cards are available and make amazing Christmas gifts (and they never expire!).
📅 You’re still welcome to book ahead into 2026! My hours may shift a bit as we prepare for baby, so feel free to grab the times that work best for you.

I’ll be out of the office from November 9–19 — spending some time in Idaho soaking up auntie life with my niece while her parents are on vacation 💕

All sessions before my trip are fully booked (thank you!! 🙌), and my next openings begin after Thanksgiving — perfect timing to unwind before the holiday rush. 🎄💆‍♀️

Here’s your gentle reminder to get up and move! 🧍‍♀️💪

Sitting for long periods — whether you’re at a desk, driving, or scrolling (we all do it 😉) — can cause tight hips, stiff shoulders, and achy backs.

💡 Try setting a timer every 30–60 minutes:
➡️ Stand up and stretch your arms overhead
➡️ Roll your shoulders
➡️ Take a quick walk to refill your water or grab a snack

These mini “movement breaks” keep your circulation flowing and help protect your muscles + joints for the long haul. 🩶

Yes! Tension headaches are often linked to tight muscles in your neck and shoulders. Massage can relieve that tension and reduce headache frequency. I see many clients who suffer from headaches and find relief with regular massage.

As a teenager, I started experiencing regular headaches (thanks, Mom), and my mother began splitting her hour long sessions with me- which helped tremendously! (Again, thanks Mom!)
