Position: Office Administrator
Job Type: Part-Time (12-20 hours/weekly)
Pay: $15-16/ hour
Schedule: Day Shift (No weekends/Major Holidays)
Location: In-Person
Duties:
>Help with daily office operations and tasks, ensure a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
>Handle incoming calls in a timely manner with professionalism.
>Maintain accurate records and files, including clerical tasks such as data entry, checking/responding to emails.
>Assist with collecting payments, scheduling patients, ordering office supplies and supplements.
>Support office management duties by organizing, cleaning, restocking supplies around the office.
>Provide administrative support to doctors and office management, functioning as a personal assistant when required.
>Help manage social media posts
>Help create a fun work environment and pitch with any other aspects the team may need assistance with.
Requirements:
>Preferred office administration role or similar position experience is preferred.
>Proficient in using computer applications relevant to office management, including Microsoft Office.
>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, and team members.
>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
