Today we recognize the people behind the care.

On National Funeral Director and Mortician Recognition Day, we honor the funeral directors who walk alongside families during some of life’s most difficult moments.

This work is more than a profession — it’s a calling rooted in compassion, service, and trust. From late-night phone calls to quiet moments guiding families through important decisions, funeral directors are there every step of the way.

We are incredibly grateful for the dedicated team at Stevenson Funeral Home & Crematory who serve the surrounding communities with dignity, respect, and heart every single day.

Thank you for allowing us to care for your families.
